At ASILIO we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be suitable and you will need to return the order to us. To make it as seamless as possible we have applied the following policies that apply for all online purchases.
Pls note that we cannot accept any returns from any stores that stock the ASILIO brand.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN: (DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE AMENDED OUR RETURNS POLICY)
ASILIO customers have 21 days from the date of delivery of the order to return their items purchased from the ASILIO online boutique. If items are received after this 21 day period the return/exchange will be rejected and returned back to the customer.
Please ensure that the items are in their original condition: unworn, with no alterations, no make-up or tanning residue, and have not been washed. Additionally that all tags are still attached.
Full priced items returned within 21 days receipt of the delivery, either a refund or exchange will be made available.
Sale Items, either an exchange or a Credit Note will be made available if returned within 21 days, with the exception of any items that are marked as final or warehouse sale, that are not returnable.
Additionally a refund will be made available in the instance of major faults | defects as per Australian Consumer Law after assessment of the returned item.
Credit Notes are valid for a term of 12 months (EXTENDED FOR COVID-19) and once this term has expired the Credit Note is not redeemable nor will be accepted. All Credit Note expiry dates are final. If an item purchased with a Credit Note is returned outside of this 12 month period, no refund will be permitted.
Credit Notes are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers | promotions.
Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in with all tags attached. Asilio reserves the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions.
Clicking "Confirm Order" confirms that the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the transaction.

for a return authorisation and completed the returns form provided prior to returning any item.
ASILIO does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. International orders are advised to provide return tracking information in order to have their return booking approved.
ASILIO will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt back of the goods.
Any refunds issued in the form of a store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
